Terms of Service

Welcome to the Pin card service provided by Ultra Creation ("Ultra Lab"), and to the digital products we sell on ultralab.tw (such as the Claude Code handbook). By using the service or buying a digital product you agree to these terms; digital products are also covered by section 11.

1. The service

Pin lets you build a personal card page by answering a few questions, and produces a card you can share in messaging apps such as LINE; you can also choose to link the card to a website you own. We may change, add or discontinue features at any time.

2. Your content and responsibilities

• You are fully responsible for all content (text, photos, links) you put on your card.
• You warrant that you have the lawful right to use that content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
• You may not impersonate others, provide false information, or post content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful or infringing.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to send spam, attempt to break into or gain unauthorised access to our systems, upload malicious code, or in any way interfere with the normal operation of the service or with other users.

4. Intellectual property

You keep the rights to the content you provide. Ultra Lab keeps all rights to the service, brand, interface and technology. To the extent needed to provide the service, you allow us to store, process and display your content when you share it.

5. AI-generated content

Some content in the service is generated with AI assistance and is for reference only. Please check it for accuracy before you publish; you are responsible for the content you finally make public.

6. Third-party services

The service integrates third-party platforms such as LINE, Google Firebase and Vercel; your use of them is also subject to each platform's own terms.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any express or implied warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ultra Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and ask for your data to be deleted. If you breach these terms, we may suspend or end your access to the service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

11. Digital products: delivery, refunds and updates

This section applies to digital products bought on ultralab.tw, such as the Claude Code handbook (PDF and accompanying toolkit).

• Delivery: once payment is complete, we email you a download link containing the files listed on the product page (such as the PDF and toolkit).
• Refunds: email us within seven days of purchase for a refund. No reason is needed, and you do not have to delete or return files you have downloaded. Refunds go back through the original payment method.
• Updates: one purchase includes all later version updates of that product, provided by email or on the download page.
• Not included: products do not include a subscription to, or usage fees for, any AI platform (for example Claude Code). You need your own subscription to follow the handbook in practice.
• Relationship to the product page: the commitments on the product page (including price, page count and refund window) are the minimum of what we owe you, and this section will never fall below them.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post the latest version on this page. Continuing to use the service after a material change means you accept the updated terms.
