Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Ultra Creation ("Ultra Lab", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your data when you use the Pin card service and related features on ultralab.tw. By using the service you agree to this policy. MindThread has its own policy at mindthread.tw/privacy.

1. Data we collect

• Content you provide: the name, title, introduction, tagline and contact details you enter when you create a card, and any photos you choose to upload.
• Account link data: when you hand your card to Pin through LINE or Telegram, we record the user identifier that platform provides, so that enquiries can be routed back to you.
• Visitor messages: the name, contact details and message entered by people who contact you through your card page.
• Basic usage records: technical information such as IP address and browser type, used for operations and abuse prevention.

2. How we use data

• To generate and host your card page and shareable card.
• To pass on messages to you when someone contacts you through your card.
• To maintain, improve and secure the service.

3. Sharing and disclosure

• We do not sell your personal data.
• Content you place on your card becomes public information once you share the card link.
• We use trusted third parties to process data, including LINE (login and messaging), Google Firebase (data storage) and Vercel (website hosting). These services handle data under their own privacy policies.
• We may disclose data where the law requires it.

4. Retention and security

Your data is stored in Google Firebase. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it, but we cannot guarantee that transmission over the internet is completely secure. You can edit your content at any time in the card editor, or email us to ask for your data to be deleted.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Most content can be edited directly on the card editing page; to delete a whole card or an account link, email contact@ultralab.tw.

6. Third-party platforms and links

The service uses LINE Login and the LINE Messaging API; those interactions are also subject to LINE's policies. If your card links to a website you own, that website is outside the scope of this policy.

7. AI-generated content

Some card content may be generated with AI assistance. We do not use your personal data to train public foundation models.

8. Children

The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will post the latest version and its date on this page.
